Run the marketing.
Own the outcomes.

BooztBrand is hiring a Marketing Manager to take full operational ownership of a high-accountability client account, covering content, campaigns, pipeline, and reporting, and run it like it's your own brand.

This isn't a "post some content" role. You'll be the person the work runs through.

The role

You own the engine. I stay on strategy and the client relationship.

You'll run the day-to-day marketing for a client account end to end: building content, launching and managing campaigns, driving pipeline, and reporting against a defined scorecard. I'll be on the client calls with you and set direction, but the execution and the carrying of work to the finish line is yours.

You own

  • Content production across platforms, on schedule
  • Campaign builds, launches, and optimization
  • Email, nurture sequences, and CRM workflow
  • Pipeline metrics and the monthly reporting
  • Hitting deadlines without being chased

You don't carry

  • Closing the client or contract terms
  • Final strategic sign-off (we set it together)
  • Ad budget (funded separately)
  • Owning the client relationship solo
  • Being "on" 24/7; this is a real M–F role
Who this is for

You'll thrive here if…

01
You've run multiple brands at onceYou can hold several accounts in your head and keep them all moving, whether agency or in-house.
02
You operate at manager level, not coordinatorYou make the call, build the plan, and bring a defensible position instead of waiting for instructions.
03
You finish thingsWork counts when it's live and in-market, not drafted, scheduled, or "almost ready."
04
You're reliable on a weekday rhythmResponsive within a business day, async-first, and steady without someone hovering.
Straight talk

Two things I want to be upfront about.

HonestyThis role is conditional on a client contract that's in final stages.

I'd rather tell you now than surprise you later. The account this role serves is being finalized. If you're the right fit and the contract lands, you start around August 1. If timing shifts, you go to the top of the waitlist and you're first call when it's signed, or for the next account that fits. Strong operators understand pipeline timing; I'm building this the honest way.

GrowthIt's three months to start, with a clear path to continue.

The initial term is three months. If the work is landing and the numbers move, this continues and grows. I'm looking for someone to take this off my plate properly, not a stopgap. Treat the first quarter as the audition that earns the rest of the year.
